We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Otto's. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Standard Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to cover this. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the date you (or a nominated third party) receive your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within this 14-day period by contacting us at:

You must then return the item to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed to cover this.

We will issue a full refund, including the cost of standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof that it has been sent). Refunds will be made using the same payment method as your original purchase.

Exemptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items that have been personalised or made to order
• Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
• Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
