Orders will normally be shipped out within 3 working days; all UK orders small enough to be boxed are sent using a next day shipping service.

All International customers will need to provide a best contact telephone number and an email address for our shippers before we can ship an order.

It is crucial that orders are inspected on arrival or, at least, within 3 days of receipt.  Any issues or damage in transit MUST be communicated with us immediately.  Failure to to do so may render the right to return/refund invalid. 

Large items will delivered either by private courier or pallet service, so please allow for a longer dispatch and delivery timescale.  We use a standard Economy service - specific slots (ie am/pm) or Saturdays carry an additional cost.

~ We are required to provide the customer's telephone number to enable us to book in a collection

~ We will notify you when your order has been shipped and the carrier will contact you regarding the day/date of delivery, which will be between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. It is absolutely essential that you are at the address to take delivery and are reachable on the telephone number you provide. Failure to do so will result in a re-delivery charge by the pallet company of which we have no control over.

~ For pallet deliveries, the driver will provide a 'doorstep' service (ground floor) - unfortunately, they will be unable to assist with bringing the item indoors. If you require assistance with this you must inform us prior to shipping, so that we can use a more appropriate service, of which there may be an additional charge.

~ It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any access issues at the point of ordering.  Failure to do so may incur additional charges for redelivery.

Please note we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.


All our orders are extremely well packed and time and care is taken to ensure that your order arrives safely with you. In the unfortunate case you order is damaged in transit we can open a claim with the courier and get the item either refunded or repaired (UK orders only).


Invoiced orders must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice unless prior agreement has been made. Items will be taken from hold and placed back on sale after this period has lapsed, however a reminder email will be sent before.


We accept cancellations and have a 48 hour cancellation period from when the order is placed and you will receive a full refund. If there has been a mistake when placing your order or you need to cancel your order for any reason we urge you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure the order isn't shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the day you receive your order from us (UK only) - buyer pays return postage. Item must be returned with a reputable courier and must arrive back in the condition it was sent out. Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of the return of the order. We unfortunately do not accept international returns, unless an item is damaged in transit or is found to be faulty.

In some instances a replacement item may be sent or we may seek to repair an item in the unfortunate event of an item being damaged in transit.
